Like anyone else we had our apprehensions about leaving our dog with a host family. However, having been unhappy with the minimal level of love and care that boarding kennels can offer and being disappointed with the service of house sitters, decided that using Creature Comforts was by far the best option. Upon our return it was clear that our dog had enjoyed a settled and, I'm sure, happy time herself with a family chosen to best suit her personality. Price wasn't a priority for us but nevertheless the cost of the service is far more favourable than boarding kennels. I would have no hesitation in recommending Nicola to find a host family for anyone else's beloved dog and will certainly be using Creature Comforts in the future.

Although apprehensive about leaving our one year old Boxer Barney with another family, our concerns were firstly put at ease by Nicola from Creature Comforts and secondly by the host family who certainly made Barney 'at home'. We will certainly be contacting Creature Comforts any time we need somebody to look after Barney for any length of time. Creature Comforts should have a sub heading 'Home Comforts'. Just to say a big thank you for looking after Charlie whilst we were away. Pam Orton was thoroughly lovely and, as it was our first time leaving him anywhere, it was a huge reassurance to know he would be in such safe hands.

If we can bear to fly again(!) we will definitely be using your services again and at the very least recommend you to our friends and family.

We wanted to tell you how thrilled we are with the care Ruby has had with Julie. We felt much happier leaving her with a family who really love dogs and when we returned from our holiday it was obvious we had made the right choice. Julie and her family had given Ruby all the love and care she needed and, after making a fuss of us as we arrived, she seemed unsure whether she wanted to come with us or stay with Julie!

Julie also gave us as envelope of photos she had taken of 'Ruby's Holiday' which we thought was a lovely thing to do, showing us what a great time Ruby had there. Ruby has settled down quickly with none of the anxiety and clinginess I remember my previous dogs having after being in kennels.

We will definitely use Creature Comforts again and recommend you to others. You definitely picked the right person for our precious Ruby.

I just wanted to come back with positive feedback and to say that we were extremely pleased with Lorraine and her family looking after JJ for the weekend.

We felt completely happy when we left him and confident that Lorraine was great with animals and were especially chuffed that JJ was looked after so well by her twin sons.

I would not hesitate to use Creature Comforts again. Thanks ever so much for helping us out at short notice as well. It was such a relief!!
