Being completely bonkers about my Cocker Spaniel puppy Jack, I was delighted to have been recommended John's name for his Pet Sitting service. I have a wonderful couple who look after Jack for us whilst we are away and I have to say I've been delighted!! I have peace of mind when I am away and they look after him like he's their own and he loves them!! The whole set up is extremely professional with the host families referenced and 'get to know' you meetings beforehand to make sure everyone is happy. The cost is extremely reasonable when you consider the cost of kennels which, in my opinion, are like prison camps! John has been brilliant, all I need to do when I'm planning to go away is send him a quick email. He checks with the host family and comes back to me almost immediately to confirm the dates are okay, it's as simple as that! I would highly recommend the service to anyone who has a dog and, like me, would rather not go away than leave them in a kennel. Thank you John!

We have a poodle who is now over 14 years old. He has never liked kennels and now he is getting older it becomes a very stressful time for him. It was getting to the stage where we felt we would not be able to go away and leave him.

Then we found John through a friend. We were able to go on holiday this year and leave our dog with John's family who treated him like their own and gave him all his home comforts. Consequently when we returned to collect him he was in great form. We are now confident that we can go away any time and know that our dog is being well cared for and will not fret.

We have been looking for this sort of dog minding for some years and highly recommend it!

We were so impressed with John and his family that we decided to become a host family ourselves! This service is absolutely fabulous - the dogs have a holiday too! They are all cared for in a home environment and can enjoy their stay without being caged up. John is very helpful and responds very quickly to all queries. If you worry about your pets like we do when we're away then this service is superb! I have no qualms about leaving any of my troops with Creature Comforts for their holidays! We left our dog Max, a Miniature Schnauzer, with John and his lovely family for two weeks in July. What we came back to was a very happy and contented dog. We think this is a great idea for anyone who loves their dog as much as we do. It's very professional yet has all the comforts of home. There were lots of questions asked about routines, likes and dislikes, etc. We have recommended this service to anyone who has a dog, we couldn't sing it's praises enough.

Myself and my partner own a Jack Russell called Dita whom we love dearly but was cutting short our holidays. She had one experience in a boarding kennel which was a stressful experience.

We asked friends to look after her when we went away again but knew we needed something more solid. I found Creature Comforts on line and contacted John. He put us in touch with a host family who took Dita into their wonderful home and looked after her so well. I didn't worry once about her whilst on holiday and upon return we were met with one happy dog.

A wonderful service that more should know of. It takes the worry out of leaving your pet and gives them the comfort they are accustomed to. It is also a very reasonable service considering the responsibility the carer is taking over your pet.
