What is the cost of your service?
The cost is about £12.50 per day, this can vary slightly per area so it's best to check the web page for that area. The daily rate is payable from the day of departure to the day of pick up inclusive, for example a “Saturday to Saturday” would be an eight 
day stay.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a deposit is required to secure the booking. This is payable when you have received a letter from us with confirmed dates and details of the host family.
The deposit is non-refundable and the balance is payable one week prior to commencement of the booking.
What will I need to provide for my dog?
You will need to supply everything required to make your dog feel at home. This includes food, bedding, toys, treats, etc
What happens if the carer is experiencing problems and cannot cope with my dog?
We always try and match your dog with the most suitable carer. However, if the carer experiences problems then the dog will be moved to another carer. We have found that a problem one carer experiences with a dog are not the same as another might experience.
Do I meet the carer prior to commencement of the booking?
Yes, we always recommend you take your dog to meet the carer first. This ensures both parties are happy with the arrangement.
If I want to book with you again can I contact the carer myself?
No, you will always need to book your dog through Creature Comforts. We will have all your details on file so you only need to phone through the dates and we will sort everything out for you.
Will my dog always go to the same host family?
We will always endeavour to place your dog with the same family, we cannot guarantee this but will find another equally suitable host family if necessary.
